Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails according to specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email box account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
